Craftmanship runs in the TALLI TURMERIC DNA as the kitchen is helmed by Chef duo Fareed Qureshi, from the well-known Qureshi family of Lucknow, renowned for their culinary skills, especially Dum-Pukht. And Chef Arasakumar, with his wealth of experience working in state-of-the-art kitchens in Chennai, Hyderabad and Sri Lanka.
Qureshi revisits his immense repertoire of classic North Indian dishes ranging from Awadh, Kashmiri, Punjabi and much more to add skill and authenticity to the menu, whereas Kumar introduces an entire exciting spectrum of South Indian cuisines based on his knowledge of spice blends and culinary trends across the southern states!
